Mandatory Vetting: SealsTrust operates a strict anti-counterfeiting network. We only provide solutions to verified business entities. Proof of trademark ownership or authorized distribution rights is required before production.

1. Enterprise Eligibility & Compliance

Our security hardware and SaaS infrastructure are designed for legitimate brands and manufacturers. We reserve the right to deny service to any entity that cannot prove product ownership or fails our internal compliance and anti-fraud checks.

2. Quotations & Custom Pricing

All pricing on **sealstrust.com** is in USD. High-volume enterprise orders qualify for tiered pricing under a formal corporate contract.

  • Custom Quotes: For orders exceeding standard volumes, please request a formal quotation via contact@sealstrust.com.
  • Invoice Terms: All corporate invoices are strictly Due on Receipt. Production will not commence until funds have successfully cleared.

Free Technical Test: We offer free technical samples for qualified clients. While the product samples are free ($0.00), the client is responsible for 100% of the associated international shipping and handling costs.

3. Production & Data Submission

Production follows our "Security-First" workflow:

  • Technical Requirement File: Production begins only AFTER payment is cleared and the client submits the completed Technical File.
  • Timeline: Standard bulk manufacturing takes 48–72 hours post-verification.

4. Logistics, Shipping & Duties

To ensure absolute chain-of-custody security:

  • No Free Shipping: Shipping costs for bulk orders are calculated by weight/volume and added as a line item to your invoice.
  • Verified Delivery: We ship exclusively to the verified corporate address on the invoice.
  • International Costs: All import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Quality Assurance & Technical Support

Every batch of security stickers and hardware undergoes a 3-step encoding verification before dispatch.

  • Damage Reporting: Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Issues must be reported within 5 business days for warranty coordination.
