Billing Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Scope
These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and B2B transactions made with Seals Data LLC (operating as "SealsTrust") via sealstrust.com. By placing an order for our security solutions, you agree to these comprehensive billing terms.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To accommodate our global enterprise clients, we offer multiple highly secure payment gateways:
- Corporate Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (processed via Stripe).
- US Domestic Wire Transfers & ACH: Processed via Mercury.
- International Wire Transfers: Processed via Payoneer. All prices and invoices are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Payment-to-Production Workflow (Mandatory)
Production of custom security hardware and data encoding on sealstrust.com follows a strict two-step verification:
- Step 1: Successful clearance of funds in our corporate accounts.
- Step 2: Submission of the "Technical Requirements File" by the client. Note: The production timeline only commences once BOTH steps are completed. Failure to provide technical data does not entitle the client to a refund outside the 12-hour cancellation window.
4. Verified Shipping Address Policy
To comply with anti-fraud regulations from Stripe and our banking partners:
- We strictly ship only to the Shipping Address confirmed on the final Invoice/Checkout.
- Once an invoice is paid, the shipping destination cannot be modified. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the address on the billing statement is accurate.
5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
All prices are exclusive of local taxes or import duties. The buyer (importer) is solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their country's border authorities for physical hardware shipments.
6. Billing Disputes & The 48-Hour Rule
If you believe there is an error on your billing statement, you must contact contact@sealstrust.com.
- Mandatory Resolution Period: Clients must allow a minimum of 48 hours for our accounting team to respond before initiating any formal dispute or "case" via their financial institution.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without following this protocol may result in immediate account termination and invalidation of all active security certificates.
7. Late Payments and Penalties
For established corporate accounts, a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to outstanding balances. Seals Data LLC reserves the right to suspend software services until the account is settled.
8. Security & Compliance (SSL & PCI)
sealstrust.com uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Our infrastructure is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or bank routing data on our servers.
