Shipping & Delivery Policy

LOGISTICS NOTICE: Shipping costs are NOT included in the product price. All shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be added to your corporate invoice.

1. Post-Payment Workflow & Technical Requirements

Production is strictly data-dependent and follows a two-step commencement protocol:

  • Step 1: Successful clearance of payment on sealstrust.com.
  • Step 2: Submission and verification of your "Technical Requirements File."
  • Production Timeline: The 48–72 hour manufacturing window begins ONLY after both conditions are met.

2. Free Technical Test Units

We offer a Free Technical Sample ($0.00 product cost) for verified enterprise clients to test our fiber-optic authentication technology.

  • Shipping Responsibility: While the test units are provided at no cost, the Client is 100% responsible for the associated shipping and handling fees.
  • Logistics Payment: Shipping for test units must be paid via the provided logistics-invoice before dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs & Carriers

We utilize premium global carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to maintain a secure chain of custody.

  • Calculated Shipping: All shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment (e.g., 2kg+ bulk orders) and destination country.
  • Invoice Integration: Shipping fees will appear as a separate line item on your official invoice.
  • Exceptions: SealsTrust only covers shipping costs for verified Warranty Replacements caused by a manufacturing error on our part.

4. Strict Shipping Address Protocol

To prevent fraud and comply with corporate financial regulations (Stripe, Mercury, Payoneer):

  • Verified Address: We exclusively ship to the Shipping Address provided on the original Invoice.
  • No Redirects: For security reasons, we cannot redirect or change the shipping address once production has started.

5. Transit Estimates & Duties

  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days via Express carriers.
  • Import Duties: All local taxes, VAT, and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the Client (Importer of Record).
