Production follows a strict two-step protocol: successful clearance of payment AND verification of your "Technical Requirements File." Once both conditions are met, manufacturing takes 48–72 hours. After dispatch, transit via Express carriers typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
No. To prevent fraud and comply with corporate financial regulations, we exclusively ship to the verified Shipping Address provided on the original Invoice. For security reasons, we cannot redirect or change the shipping address once production has started.
